Toni Capra, principal consultant

Toni Capra has built a formidable and varied twenty-year career in the social sector. Specializing in nonprofit management, strategic planning, governance, and board development, she has served in key strategic roles at Houston Grand Opera, WNET New York PBS, and the U.S. Tennis Association.  In addition, she has consulted on a number of high-profile projects for organizations including Theater District Houston, Public Television Rocks – The Police One Night Only at Madison Square Garden, and The John Lennon Educational Tour Bus.

Toni holds a Bachelors degree in vocal performance from Howard Payne University, and a Masters in nonprofit management from The New School in New York City. In 2016, she was named a BoardSource Certified Governance Consultant.
